T Lancaster has seen a growth in film production
h over the past several years.

e Notable projects filmed in Lancaster included
“The Little Things,” “Dog,” “Mayans MC,” “American
Gigolo,” “Extreme Home Makeover,” “911 Lone
A Star,” “Nike,” “Young Sheldon,” “Shooter,” “BMW,”
V “All American Homecoming,” “Loot,” “Space Force,”
“Toyota” and Tiësto & Charlie XCX,” a music video.
A larger number of these were filmed at the
city’s stadium. Among recent productions were
commercials for Southwest Airlines, Chase bank,
Bank of America, Coors Light, StubHub and Geico.
Lancaster has had the pleasure of hosting
production of pilots, commercial and advertising
campaigns, feature films, music video and
numerous international filming operations.
These productions have brought some of the
industry’s most influential directors, producers and
production companies to the Antelope Valley.
Lancaster has certainly made its mark as the film
industry’s backlot.
